We Believe Feelings Are the First Step to Action

The Weather Within was created by Climate Mental Health Network in partnership with teens like you. Together, we built a space to help young people understand their emotions, support their mental well-being, connect with others, and find ways to move forward.

We Believe Feelings Are the First Step to Action

The Weather Within was built by climate psychologists, activists, and designers who know that processing your emotions is not a luxury — it’s the foundation of lasting change.

OUR MISSION

Building Emotional Resilience, Together

Our mission is to make it easier to understand and talk about the emotions connected to a changing environment. We create tools, resources, and opportunities for connection that help young people and communities care for their mental well-being and move forward together.

OUR STORY

It Started With a Need for More Support

Climate Mental Health Network started in 2021 with a simple idea: people need support for the emotions that come with a changing environment. Since then, we’ve worked with young people, educators, families, and communities to create free tools and resources that make those feelings easier to understand, talk about, and navigate together.

BRING US TO YOUR COMMUNITY

Partner With The Weather Within

The Weather Within was created to help young people understand their climate emotions, build resilience and find meaningful ways to take action.

Schools, districts and organizations can partner with Climate Mental Health Network to bring the platform to their own communities through licensing and customized partnership opportunities. Your partnership also helps support the continued growth of The Weather Within and expand access to more young people.
