What would you tell your younger self—or someone just starting to learn about the climate crisis?

It is not too late. Those who try to tell you that it is too late are afforded helplessness that the most affected people and places are not. If you feel that helplessness, sit with it and you might meet your grief or anger or anxiety. What you feel about our global crises is normal because it means you care and are paying attention. Feel your feelings. Talk about it with others cause they are likely feeling the same. And take breaks cause your community will be there for you when you return. When you feel the warmth of community that is the reminder to keep going cause they know its not too late either.
